We offer two types of Airbnb Cleaning: Light Cleaning and Deep Cleaning

Usually, short-term stays require light cleaning, whereas longer stays accumulate more dirt and dust, so they require a deeper clean. During a deep clean, we focus on windows, windowsills, fans, bathtubs, showers, sinks, skirting boards, appliances such as the refrigerator, and over, and we also pay more attention to kitchen fronts as well as inside the cupboards and drawers.

If you know that you had a guest stay for a longer period, then this cleaning might be the best option. Other clients also book a deep clean every 4-6 weeks or when they know their guest have pets.

Our Light Airbnb Cleaning Service includes the following:

Things we don’t do at a Light Cleaning:

• Clean inside cabinets or drawers
• Clean inside oven
• Hand wash dishes or wait for the dishwasher to be done
• Vacuum upholstery
• Dust or wipe down ceiling fans
• Wait for the dryer to be done in order to make the beds / fold or hang towels
• Mop the floors and clean the baseboards
• Deep clean shower or bathtub
• Heavy scum, mould or mildew removal
• Clean windows inside / outside

Requirements for an Airbnb Light Cleaning

The property needs to be in an ‘acceptable’ condition (additional fees will apply if we find the place in a condition that would require a deeper approach or significantly more time to clean). You or your guests must complete or at least start the laundry (we will not wait for the dryer to be done). You or your guests must start the dishwasher (we will not fill the dishwasher or wait for it to be done).

Laundry

The client is to supply bedding. We can leave it somewhere for you to wash, or we can wash it at the Airbnb property (only available during the Deep Clean). This includes fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels.

Not Included: Washing duvets, comforters, blankets, and pillows

Capital Chem-Dry will not be responsible for damaged linen caused by using your Airbnb washer and dryer or your building’s laundry facility. The Client must ensure that the washer and dryer are in proper working order, safe, and ready to use. The client agrees that Capital Chem-Dry will not be held responsible for any damages that occur from normal use of the Client’s washer and dryer.

Any washing or drying machine located in your building facility that requires payment to use, this cost will be added to your invoice.

Payment

Payment is required prior to the first clean. For every clean after this, payment will be required within 2 days. You can pay via EFT or Direct Bank Transfer.
