Cleaned My Carpets Which Hadn't Been Cleaned For Years

"Mark cleaned my carpets which hadn't been cleaned for years. He arrived on time and gave me the basic quote, and then another quote based on his assessment of my carpet. I went for the deeper clean and 3 of the 4 rooms have turned out fantastic. I don't think anyone could get the stains out of the other room, the carpet needs replacing. The only issue is the length of time it took to dry. At least 24 hours because of the extra cleaning it took. If your carpet is really bad then you need to factor that in. Now that I know they can clean around furniture I will be doing it regularly and hopefully won't need the extra water next time.”
